Why can't I log into my account on www.eskesen.com ?
A login will have been provided by the time you have requested a quotation, requested a design or placed an order

  • Check for misspelling of your e-mail address and password. By copy/paste check for "blank" characters.
  • If you do not remember your password then click "forgotten password", enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions in the e-mail your receive to reset the password to one of your own choice.
  • If the error message "No registered user for the entered e-mail has been found in our system" appears during password reset your online access has not been assigned.
    In this case contact our sales department at sales@eskesen.com to request online access.

Why can't I place my order online for my new design?
All online orders are preceeded by a design and approval process. The ordering procedure is as follows:

  • Submit your artwork to Eskesen by E-mail or prepare it for uploading to our configurator for preview.
    If you upload high-resolution files make sure to save and send your configuration to yourself and forward it to Eskesen.
  • When you have received a PDF for approval your design is also available in your order history when logged into your account on www.eskesen.com
  • When selecting your new design you will have the option to "approve design and place order".

Nothing happens when I press the "Order" button?
Please check for a red asterisk * and an error message at the bottom of your screen - you may have to scroll down.

You are likely to find a red asterisk by the delivery address. If this is the case, select the standard delivery address and enter the required delivery address in "Comments" We will update your order and the correct delivery address will appear from your order confirmation.
